Lucky Wheel is a spinning wheel random name picker. Enter your participants' names, press SPIN, and watch the colorful wheel spin with realistic deceleration. How to Play
- Click Names and enter one name per line (up to 100 names).
- Press SPIN — the wheel starts spinning with acceleration.
- Listen to the tick sounds as the wheel passes each segment and slows down!
- The winner is announced with a fanfare. Press SPIN again to pick the next one.

FAQ
Is the selection truly random?
Yes. The winner is determined by JavaScript's Math.random() before the spin animation starts. The spinning animation is purely visual — every name has an equal chance of being selected.
Can I exclude previous winners?
By default, yes — once someone is picked, they are removed from the wheel. You can turn off "Eliminate after pick" in Settings to allow re-picks. View all picks in the History panel, or use Reset to restore everyone.
Does it save my name list?
Your name list, settings, and history are saved in your browser's local storage. They'll persist across sessions on the same device and browser. Clearing browser data will reset everything.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes! The wheel is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. For the best experience on mobile, use the fullscreen button above.
