What is UFO Lucky Pick?
UFO Lucky Pick is a random name picker disguised as a sci-fi mini-game. A flying saucer hovers over a group of participants, scanning them one by one with a tractor beam, until it abducts one person at random. It's designed to make random selection fun and exciting — perfect for moments that deserve more drama than a plain spinner.
How to Play
- Click Names and enter one name per line (up to 100 names).
- Press START — the UFO flies in and begins scanning.
- Watch the beam jump between participants until the chosen one gets abducted!
- The picked name is shown in spotlight. Press START again to pick the next one.

Is the selection truly random?
Yes. The picker uses JavaScript's
Math.random() to select a winner. The scanning animation is purely visual — the result is determined randomly when you press START, not by where the beam stops.Can I exclude previous winners?
By default, yes — once someone is picked, they are automatically removed from the pool. You can turn off "Eliminate after pick" in Settings to allow re-picks. View all picks in the History panel, or use Reset to restore everyone.
Does it save my name list?
Your name list, settings, and history are saved in your browser's local storage. They'll persist across sessions on the same device and browser. Clearing browser data will reset everything.
